My Torquay driveway is on a steep slope. Is resin the right choice?

Yes, and it suits them. The practical questions on a shared surface are consent and access, not suitability: you will need agreement from the other leaseholders or the management company, and the whole area needs to be laid in one go, which means clearing every parked car for the day.
